Extra Usage Rates – Lake Carlos Villas

The following are LAKE CARLOS VILLAS COOPERATIVE RESORT Member fees for extra usage. Members may request any size available unit by calling the LCV office with the dates, length of stay, unit size you would like to use.

2 Bedroom/2 Bath Up to 6 guests	1st Night – $150 Nights 2-7 $65/night	1st Night – $200 Nights 2-7 $85/night
2 Bedroom/Loft Up to 8 guests	1st Night – $170 Nights 2-7 $70/night	1st Night – $210 Nights 2-7 $100/night
3 Bedroom Up to 10 guests	1st Night – $190 Nights 2-7 $80/night	1st Night – $225 Nights 2-7 $110/night

NOTES and RULES:

Only LCV Members may make a reservation.
Only LCV Members may check-in.
The LCV Member must be on-site.
Extra Usage Time may not be used for trading with an exchange company.
All Member Dues on all weeks must be current before a Member makes a reservation.
All LCV Rules, Regulations, and Member Benefits apply to Extra Use Time.
Full payment must be made at the time of making the reservation.
A 3-day minimum is required for all reservations.
Credit cards may be used for payment.
Fees are non-refundable, but may be applied to future reservations if cancellation is made prior to 14 days of reservation, based on availability.
