If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to be part of a one-of-a-kind cooperative resort, our Trial Membership Program gives you the perfect chance to find out. Designed exclusively for non-members, this program allows you to enjoy all the comforts, amenities, and beautiful surroundings of Lake Carlos Villas—without a long-term commitment. It’s your opportunity to “test-drive” the resort before deciding if membership is right for you.
When You Can Stay
Available during Early Spring and Late Fall time (non-peak dates) and based on availability.
2025 eligible dates:
November 8 – December 20
2026 eligible dates:
January 3 – April 18
May 2 – May 16
November 7 – December 19
Minimum stay: 3 nights

Program Guidelines
Limited to one trial membership per individual. Guest capacity limits for each unit type must be followed. All LCV rules apply. Full payment is required at the time of booking. A $200 damage deposit is held at check-in (only processed if damages or additional cleaning costs occur). The fee is non-refundable, but you may reschedule with 14 days’ notice, subject to availability. Reservations may be altered or rescinded by the Board; existing bookings will be honored.
